Background
This is a Japanese-Fusion dish centred around salmon and flavoured by the addition of furikake. Furikake is a Japanese seasoning that most commonly includes sesame seeds, nori, salt and is used to flavour rice. This dish is healthy, contains multiple greens, and allows for adjustment. Feel free to change ingredients to suit your personal liking. Enjoy!
